Absent this latest statement by Juan, Tore's conclusion is understandable since, up to now, Juan has emphasized the possibility of nuclear war. I'm reminded, however, of a reminder by putative ET contactee, Alex Collier, that whistleblowers from nuclear bases have publicly stated that UFOs near such bases have disabled nuclear weapons.
One has to take on faith Collier's claim that his ET mentors have assured him that this disablement assures that no nuclear attack will be allowed, but anyone can watch the 2010 disclosure conference at, the National Press Club, wherein these whistleblowers made that claim:

Collier is also not the first UFO-related pundit to say that nuclear attack will not be allowed because of the damage this weapon does to the fabric of space and thus to ET civilizations (for what it's worth).
Juan's recent update to a DEW threat is not implausible, given what occured in Lahaina, Hawaii, in Paradise, California and other locales and, even more evidentially (per Dr. Judy Wood), at the Twin Towers on 9/11. Yet, in the Forbidden News summary (I haven't finished watching the Juan interview), Juan appears to base his premise exclusively on the idea that China killed 25 million of its own citizens, during Covid, through DEW, the evidence being that number of cell phone signals supposedly simultaneously lost that never reappeared. I recall this rumor, but saw no followup, nor do I recall where it started. Maybe Juan? In any case, though Juan sounds like he's certain of Q's 10 Days of Darkness and its DEW-related basis, he says that he BELIEVES the 25 million murdered Chinese story, not that he KNOWS it happened.
So Tore's dire scenario contains an internal contradiction supplied by her own source (Juan) and another potential contradiction from an outside source (whistleblowers and UFO pundits) and Juan's dire scenario is internally contradicted by the contradiction between his predictive tone of certainty about it and his admitted uncertainty that the DEW mass murder in China -- upon which it's seemingly based -- actually occurred.
Tore had also pointed out at the time (late 2019) that all of those videos of people falling over dead in Wuhan were published by the Voice of America (VOA), a division of the US State Department.
Thanks for that. I saw somewhere a very recent mention of that being a hoax, but lost track of it and can't find the Tore story. I still need to finish the Juan interview, but, from the FN summary, I don't know if those are the deaths to which Juan is referring. However, because he talks about people being disposed of while still alive and I had seen a supposed video of a Chinese Covid sufferer trying to escape a body bag, Juan may have meant the alleged hoax you mention.
