This video raises more questions than it answers. Raiklin did 10 years of research, so presumably he has evidence, but what is that evidence and how much is he counting on the pig in the poke, Musk? I would be delighted if Raiklin can pull it off, but he's counting on State Legislatures to get themselves together and vote to make election procedures uniform as well as on Musk. The Democratic states won't have anything to do with it. Then he's got to find a lower court that will take such a case, because SCOTUS simply rules on the constitutionality of lower court's decisions. What is his standing to bring the charges? Because that's the first thing that will come up. He can't prosecute it, so who in the justice system will prosecute the case? There's a lot of questions. Bruton just hung on one issue, the culpability of members of Congress who violated their oaths of office when they wouldn't hear the alternative electors in the 2020 election. This case is not one case. It would be dozens of separate cases, all needing to be heard. I don't think Raiklin's timeline is in no way reasonable to pull all that together. I think we're talking many years, not 4 months if a corrupt system could be moved to do it at all. What was it he said would take one day? Was it the State legislatures voting? I don't think so. Would Trump, if he gets in, get behind it? No flies on Trump, but he never once sought to prosecute Hillary Clinton after making it a big campaign issue. He was already retrenching at the Inauguration, asking Hillary and Bill to stand and be honored for all their contributions to the country. Right?
After a conversation the other night with my adult son about the DS and feeling so helpless with so much evil surrounding us like rabid vicious wolves, this shows up in my Substack notifications. I immediately prayed for this brave man and for all those that are going to take this in hand and do something about it including Elon Musk that they would be successful. God’s speed and blessing and protection to this man and anyone else who will be a part of taking down the DS.
