This is not entirely accurate. While I don't know if Russian T-35 planes were at all 3 bases, they are an obsolete plane that could not be used (for a variety of reasons) and were parked in the open due to 2 treaty requirements. US does the same thing. So blowing them up means little; this is a missile-and-drone-fueled war. These planes were "sacrificed" and have little to do with Russia's military capability.
